Return & Refund Policy
At Smart Ink, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our compatible ink and toner cartridges.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Faulty or Defective Products
If a cartridge is faulty, damaged, or does not work correctly in your printer, contact us straight away. We will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund. This is in line with your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at girgis1965@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Return Shipping
For faulty or incorrect items, Smart Ink covers the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Non-Returnable Items
Cartridges that have been opened, used, or installed cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
